HOW TO REACH THE MADISON-MORGAN CULTURAL CENTER:

Located in the picturesque and historic community of Madison  (incorporated 1809), The Center sits in the heart of one of the largest and oldest National Register Historic Districts in Georgia, among an outstanding collection of well-preserved 19th century structures.

Madison and The Center offer an easy day trip from Atlanta (60 miles west of Madison) and Athens (30 miles north of Madison). The community and Center are situated on north/south U.S. Highways 278 and 441, north of east/west Interstate 20. To reach Madison from Interstate 20, take exit #114, Madison Eatonton/U.S. Hwy. 441.

Located at 434 South Main Street in Madison, The Center is at the corner of Foster & Main Streets, 3 miles north of I-20, along Main Street, (combined U.S. Hwys. 441, 278, and 129). Ample parking is available.

An airport with 3,200 ft., lighted, hard-paved runway and ramp (Avgas), serves Madison and Morgan County (706-342-9857). Bus service is available by calling 706-584-1731. For further travel information call the Madison-Morgan Cultural Center at 706-342-4743, or the Madison-Morgan County Chamber of Commerce at 706-342-4454. Tour groups are welcome, and special arrangements can be made.
